Matcha Mint Ice Cream

It may be a little early in the season for ice cream, but we're loving the cool, creamy combination of Organic Matcha Mint cacao powder, banana and coconut. Did you know matcha is full of antioxidants? It also contains theobromine, so we can fully revitalise. It's easy to whip up and you can add your favourite superfoods!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Sacred Vitality Cacao
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 date, finely sliced
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp Lion's Mane 

Method

  • Blitz the ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Scoop out and garnish with coconut and cacao nibs
  • Enjoy!
