Sacred Top Deck Cheese Cake

This decadent, dense cheesecake has become a favorite in our Sacred family! Super simply and easy to make, no bake, just mix, blitz, layer and away you go! 

It's jam packed full of antioxidants, magnesium, iron, calcium, zinc and good fats to keep you fuelled while you enjoy a little slice of heaven!

Base:

1 cup almond meal

1 cup any Sacred Cacao Blend

4 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil

 

Filling 1:

2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 3-4 hours or overnight)

4 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup melted cacao butter

Juice of 1 small lemon or

2 tbsp plant based milk of choice

1/4 cup of any Sacred Cacao blend

 

Filling 2:

1 1/2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 3-4 hours or overnight)

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup melted cacao butter

Juice of 1 small lemon or 2 tbsp plant based milk of choice

 

Base:

1. In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients.

2. Add wet ingredients, mix together with a fork or spoon until the mixture becomes sticky.

3. Press down the base into a 6 inch round springform pan and set aside.

 

Filing:

1. Melt down your cacao butter over low heat or using a double boiler and set aside

2. Blend cashews, maple syrup, vanilla and lemon juice/milk on a high speed until as smooth as possible.

3. Slowly add in your melted cacao butter and blend again until smooth and creamy, then fold through cacao.

4. Pour the chocolate filling over the based and smooth with spatula.

5. Set in the freezer for 1 hour

6. Repeat the same steps for your filing 2, then pour the white chocolate filling on top of your cold chocolate filling

7. Set in the freezer for 2- 4 hours.
