Rose Chocolate Tart
This deliciously decadent Rose Chocolate Tart will have your heart overflowing with satisfaction. Combining healthy plant-based ingredients with Sacred’s rose-infused cacao is a recipe for unapologetic indulgence!
Ingredients
For the base:
8 Medjool dates
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
For the mousse:
1 large ripe avocado
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp Sacred Rose Cacao
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
For the topping:
Rose petals
Rose dust
Method
- Blend the dates, oil and coconut in a food processor to make the base
- Press into the trays and refrigerate
- Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave or on the stove
- Roughly mash the avocado and add to the food processor along with the maple syrup, cacao and melted chocolate
- Pour mousse into the trays and top with the rose petals and dust and refrigerate overnight
